DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - The 148th Fighter Wing of the Minnesota Air National Guard will be conducting night flying training sessions over the next two weeks. Residents may notice more F-16 take offs and landings at the Duluth airport during late afternoon and evening hours. The sessions should end by 10:30 p-m each night and will run through January 17th. Lt. Col. Audra Flanagan says periodic night flying allows 148th personnel to accomplish critical training and practice during times of darkness.
