Duluth, MN (KDAL) - State legislatures in Wisconsin and Minnesota get down to business this week.  Lawmakers in the Badger State meet for the first time this year in Madison and the Minnesota Legislative session starts tomorrow in St. Paul.

Big on the agenda in the Gopher State Session are the budget deficit and a one point one million dollar bonding bill that the Governor is expected to put out there.
