Proctor, MN (KDAL) - The Proctor Historical Society was one of several history and cultural organizations to receive grants from the Minnesota Historical Society.  The money will be used to help continue the efforts to restore the former car foreman's office from the Duluth Missabe and Iron Range Railroad into a local historical museum.  The old building was moved off railroad property to a location near the golf course and by the Mallet locomotive on display in Proctor.
