UNDATED (KDAL) - Around 600 people in Minnesota have been hospitalized with the flu since the season began in October. Three people have died from flu related complications in the state, including a teen from Texas who died in a St. Paul hospital over the past weekend. Health officials say, if the trend continues, this could be one of the worst flu seasons in years. Everyone is urged to get a flu shot and those with the flu should stay home from work or school to avoid spreading the illness.
