DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - An old 16 inch water main broke in downtown Duluth late Tuesday afternoon leaving the roadway in the area of Superior Street and Lake Avenue under water.  Crews were able to shut off the water supply and repairs are underway.  Some traffic restrictions may be needed in the area.  The pipe that broke was around 125 years old.
