DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - A ribbon cutting and grand opening celebration is set for the The Firehouse and Firehouse Flats apartment complex at 128 East 4th Street in Duluth on Thursday.  The 12 million dollar project included the renovation of the historic "Fire House No. 1" and the construction of 40 multifamily affordable housing units.  Funding for the project was made possible by multiple partners including the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency.
