DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Two suspects were arrested by Duluth Police on Sunday after prowling cars in the 100 block of Eden Lane. The 22 and 18 year old suspects were caught with items they had stolen from several vehicles in their possession. The two entered only unlocked vehicles and took small electronics, chargers and other miscellaneous items. Police have identified the suspects as Forrest Reyna who was arrested for vehicle tampering and Jacob Feste for vehicle tampering, fleeing an officer and underage consumption.
