UNDATED (KDAL) - The U-S Army Corps of Engineers will begin taking snow surveys next week to determine the amount of water contained within the snowpack.  Survey teams will be in Duluth, International Falls, East Grand Forks, Moorhead and St. Cloud starting next week to collect data and share it with the National Weather Service and U-S Geological Survey.  The information will be used to determine the flood potential during the coming spring snowmelt.
