UNDATED (KDAL) - A new Minnesota Association of Realtors report shows the housing market in the state continues to improve. It says that January home sales closed 9.1 percent higher than during the same month last year, and that the state average home price rose 13.6 percent to $142,000. Across the state, homes stayed on the market an average of 97 days, or 15 days fewer than the year before. Those numbers are especially good in the Arrowhead, where a home now spends about 80 days on the market.
