Madison, WI (KDAL) - The Superior Days lobbying effort wrapped up last night in Madison.  U.S. Senator Tammy Baldwin was the keynote speaker at the event's annual dinner.  Baldwin said that she and the State of Wisconsin were not quitters and she predicted a bright future for the Northern third of the State, represented by the citizen lobbyists who had come to Madison for two days to tell lawmakers the lay of the land north of highway eight.
