DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - On Saturday, February 16th, police were called to the 1600 block of East 5th Street regarding a burglary.  The caller said the suspect had entered his house with a flashlight while he was in bed and stole a snowboard and some electronic equipment.  An investigation showed the suspect was living with a relative a few houses away from the victim.  On Tuesday, police arrested the suspect, identified as 21 year old Cody Walker-Nelson, and charged him with 1st degree burglary.
