ST. PAUL, MN (KDAL) - Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton has announced the appointment of Tony Sertich to the Seaway Port Authority of Duluth. Sertich is currently the IRRRB Commissioner and was a former legislator from the Iron Range. He is replacing Lowell Hellervik and will begin his term on the Port Authority on February 25th.
