Duluth, MN (KDAL) - It was a white out ground blizzard in Western Minnesota yesterday with major roads in and out of Fargo, Detroit Lakes, Hawley and Ada shut down by the State Patrol. There were a rash of accidents, but no fatalities. Light snow and high winds were the cause of the blizzard-like conditions.
Here in the Northern part of Minnesota there was light snow in the evening, but no high winds and only a dusting of new precipitation is on the ground this morning.
