DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - On this Valentine's Day, an event called "Have A Heart" is being organized in Duluth. A "flashmob" of citizens plan to meet at a vacant home in the city to raise awareness of the homeless problem. The event is being organized by Open House Duluth and the location of the home is being kept secret until later today.
