DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - The new base area ski chalet at Spirit Mountain is now open to the public.  The new chalet offers skier services, a cafe and ample space for lounging in the "Great Room".  The facility is also home to a new year-round restaurant called the "Riverside Bar and Grill" where lunch and dinner is served seven days a week.  The new base chalet is located at 8551 Grand Avenue.
