DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - An informational meeting concerning the 2013 reconstruction of the Hawthorne Road, Vermilion Road and St. Marie Street in Duluth will be held on Tuesday.  The meeting is from 6:30 to 9 p-m at the Ordean East Middle School cafeteria.  The extensive project scheduled for this summer will include the removal of existing pavement, water main and sewer work, new pavement, curb and gutter.  The project uses federal and state AId funds.
