Duluth, MN (KDAL) - Minnesota Lt. Governor Yvonne Prettner Solon announced the winner last night the Boys and Girls Club Youth of the Year at the club's Annual Dinner at the DECC.  The winner was Cassie Mahlberg of the Lincoln Park Boys and Girls Club.  She was recognized for her service to community, family and the Boys and Girls Club.  She was among five candidates and will go on to compete in a Statewide competition.
