DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - After being called to a fire at Peerless Auto Body around 3:15 a-m on  Tuesday, fire crews found a large dumpster near the building at 1718 West 1st Street to be on fire.  Duluth Police followed footprints from the dumpster to a male standing in front of a bar in the 2000 block of West Superior Street.  The 26 year old Superior resident was arrested on 3rd degree arson and drug possession charges.
