DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - The National Bank of Commerce has signed a letter of intent to be a tenant in the proposed 80 million dollar downtown Duluth office building. The upper floors of the building at 425 West Superior Street will serve as the national headquarters for Maurices and the skywalk level will be occupied by the bank according to NBC CEO Steve Burgess. The current downtown location of the bank at 1314 East Superior Street will still remain operational after the new facility opens. The National Bank of Commerce also has locations in Superior, Hermantown, Poplar and Solon Springs.
