ST. PAUL, MN (KDAL) - The Minnesota Department of Public Safety is urging football fans who plan to drink this Super Bowl Sunday to plan ahead for a sober ride. Several law enforcement agencies around the state will be amping-up DWI enforcement to sack drunk drivers as Minnesota aims to make it five years running without a drunk-driving death on Super Bowl Sunday. Wisconsin officials are urging the same caution, hoping to follow-up 2012 with another year free of a drunk-driving death.
