DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Just over two hours after Duluth Police had issued a press release asking for the public's help in locating the "Property Crimes Wanted Person of the Week", Ryan Torkelson was arrested.  Police received information late Thursday afternoon that the suspect was at a residence in the 4900 block of Peabody Street.  Torkelson was found at that address and was taken into custody by police without incident.
