Duluth, MN (KDAL) - An Iron Range man remains hospitalized, at last check, after he was hit by a car Thursday night. The Minnesota State Patrol says 19 year-old Bradley Belich of Hibbing trying to remove a large piece of metal from southbound Highway 53 when he was struck by a car driven by 20 year-old Matthew Anderson of Eveleth. The incident happened just after 9:30 about a quarter mile north of Highway 135 in Virginia. Troopers say Belich’s injuries were serious. He was taken to Essentia/St. Mary’s hospital.
