DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - City of Duluth Maintenance Operations crews will be starting snowbank reduction operations in the downtown Duluth area at 2 a-m Monday. Vehicles should be removed from downtown streets and avenues before 2 a-m to avoid a ticket and being towed. About 31 pieces of equipment will be used in the snow removal and operations will suspend at 7 a-m to avoid commuter traffic. Snow removal will then resume on Tuesday morning at 2 a-m. Any additional snow removal operations will be announced depending on progress and weather conditions.
