DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Bent Paddle Brewing in Duluth opened for business in May and is already expanding. Four new brewing tanks are expected to arrive on Monday at their Lincoln Park brewery for installation. The new tanks will nearly double Bent Paddle's annual brewing capacity from the current 4,500 barrels per year to over 8,000. Co-founder and Director of Brewing Operations, Bryon Tonnis, says the early expansion is due to the overwhelming demand for their craft beer in the Twin Ports, up the North Shore and at select Twin Cities liquor stores.
