UNDATED (KDAL) - The life and legacy of Nelson Mandela is being recalled by Minnesota and Wisconsin legislators after word of his death Thursday at the age of 95. U-S Senator Amy Klobuchar of Minnesota says Mandela's life was powerful affirmation of the strength of the human spirit and he transformed the world. Wisconsin congressman Paul Ryan, who met with Mandela in 2000 says he was a global leader for freedom. Mandela was imprisoned for 27 years for his fight against apartheid and became South Africa's first black president.
