DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - A snow storm that left nearly 2 feet of snow in Duluth and even more up the north shore has departed and the cold weather has taken over. Inland highs today will range from 5 to 10 above and will dip to around 12 below zero tonight. When the strong west winds are added to the mix, wind chill advisories go into effect at 8 p-m Thursday through 9 a-m on Friday as wind chill values are expected to drop into the 25 below range tonight.
