ST. PAUL, MN (KDAL) - The seasonally adjusted unemployment rate for Minnesota remained unchanged in July at 5.2 percent. Figures from the Department of Employment and Economic Development show that the monthly rate is well below the national jobless rate of 7.4 percent. Minnesota employers added 4300 jobs in July and over 71,500 jobs in the past year. Job growth in the Duluth-Superior Metropolitan Statistical Area in the last 12 months was up 0.5 percent.
