DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - The orange barrels have returned to I-35 south of Boundary Avenue in Duluth as the 30 million dollar re-paving project enters its 2nd year. After a cross-over is constructed, all traffic will be moved to the southbound lanes resulting in two-way traffic in that portion until October. Crews are also doing some additional work on the Blatnik Bridge and one lane in each direction could be closed between 9 a-m and 3 p-m on weekdays. The bridge will have new signature lighting installed this summer.
