DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - It was a rough Saturday morning for the driver of a 1996 Honda Civic. According to police, at about 6:15 a.m. the 22-year-old Duluth man lost control while traveling south near the 300 block of Mesaba Avenue, veered over the center median and across the northbound lanes of traffic, and crashed into a guardrail. The driver and a 25-year-old passenger were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries, and upon his release, the driver was booked into St. Louis County Jail for felony criminal vehicular operation, DWI, reckless driving and no proof of insurance.
