DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - The Program for Aid to Victims of Sexual Assault and other community sponsors in the Twin Ports are holding the 13th Annual "Take Back the Night" march and rally on Thursday. It is being held to heighten awareness about the sexual assault and sexual violence that continues to be a problem in this area and across the country. Pre-march activities begin at 7 p-m in the Minnesota Power Plaza at Lake Avenue and Superior Street. The march will follow the Lakewalk to the Marine Museum and then return through Canal Park to the Building for Women at 32 East 1st Street for a rally and speak-out opportunity.
