DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Another major winter storm is heading toward the Northland and a warning is in effect from 7 p-m Monday to noon on Tuesday. Heavy snowfall is expected for portions of northeast Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin. The National Weather Service says snowfall amounts will vary but will generally range from 4 to 8 inches from the Twin Ports to Grand Marais and from 7 to 11 inches in northwest Wisconsin. Road conditions are expected to deteriorate rapidly this evening with slippery roads and poor visibility.
