DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - April snow and cold records continue to tumble in Duluth as winter refuses to let go this year. On Saturday morning Duluth had a low temperature of 11 degrees breaking the record for April 20th of 14 degrees that was set in 1928. Many northern Minnesota locations were below zero Saturday morning. The coldest spot was Embarass at 14 below, followed by Babbit with -11. Other cold temps included Ely with 8 below, Cook had 6 below and it was -4 in Silver Bay. Northern Wisconsin cold spots included Brule and Cable with two below and Hayward was at zero.
