ST. PAUL, MN (KDAL) - A bill that includes pay raises for legislators and state constitutional officers passed the state senate on Tuesday. All GOP senators voted against the measure as did 5 Democrats but the bill passed 34-32. Minnesota Governor Dayton supports the bill but says he will donate his extra pay to charity if it becomes law. Minnesota legislators have not had a pay raise for 15 years.
