DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Strong winds gusting to over 50 miles per hour resulted in several power outages in the Duluth area early this morning and Minnesota Power reports most everyone had power restored by mid morning. The combination of high winds and wet snow has led to other scattered outages today. East Central Energy reported an outage affecting over 400 customers in the Wascott area of Douglas County and crews had power restored by around 2:30 p-m.
