ST. PAUL, MN (KDAL) - Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton introduced a 750 million dollar bonding proposal to address infrastructure improvements and to create an estimated 21 thousand jobs. Duluth area projects that would be funded under Dayton's plan includes 4.9 million dollars for NorShor Theater renovation and 200 thousand dollars for design planning for a Wade Stadium restoration. Left out was a request for funds to allow Spirit Mountain to pump water from the St. Louis River for snow-making operations. The Minnesota House is also expected to release their bonding proposal for the state this week.
