Final totals are in and this year's Minnesota State Fair will go down as number two for attendance in the record books.Cumulative attendance was 1,788,512, compared to 2009 which holds the all-time attendance record with1.79 million fair-goers that year. State Fair spokewoman Brienna Schuette credits "pretty good" weather, plus 40 new food items, lots of new attractions, and all the State Fair favorites for this year's high attendance figure.
