DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Mayor Don Ness will be holding his "Mayor's Night" event at City Hall on Tuesday starting at 5 p-m.  The mayor will meet with citizens on a first come-first served basis and sign-in begins at 4:30.  The number of people signing up will determine how long the mayor will be able to speak with each citizen.  The meetings are held in the Mayor's 4th floor Reception Room (405).
