DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Beginning Thursday some of the more than 60 cats recovered from a Duluth hoarding situation will be available for viewing and adoption at the Animal Allies shelter on the Airport Road. The Duluth and Superior shelters are waving the adoption fees for all cats 6 months and older to make room for the arrivals from the hoarding case. Individuals, families and businesses interested in helping with the hoarding case are being asked to consider adopting a cat or making a financial contribution to Animal Allies to assist with the medical treatment and care of the cats.
