DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Good news for travelers using I-35 south of Duluth.  All lanes on I-35 have reopened in Pine County as the major reconstruction project in that area is nearing completion.  Motorists may still encounter intermittent single lane closures on weekdays until the project wraps up at the end of the month.  All lanes will remain open on weekends.
