Duluth, MN (KDAL) - Another of Duluth's "Most Wanted Persons of the Week" was brought down over the weekend with the help of the public.  On Sunday police arrested 33 year old Luther Ferris Johnson after they got a tip he was seen along the forty-three hundred block of Three Lakes Road.  He was arrested without incident.  Johnson has four arrest warrants against him.
