DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - The economy, energy and the health of the environment are topics to be discussed on Wednesday at a Citizen Forum.  The forum is sponsored by the Minnesota Environmental Congress and will be held from 5:30 to 8 p-m at Lake Superior College.  The public input will be considered by state leaders as they begin to plan a blueprint for the environmental and economic future of the state at a summit next March.  The Duluth forum is one of six being held around Minnesota over the next several weeks.
