(KDAL) - The Minnesota State Patrol will increase DWI enforcement efforts in the 13 most dangerous counties in the state, including St. Louis County.  Those counties accounted for nearly half of the state's drunk driving deaths from 2009 to 2011.  Thanksgiving is historically among the busiest and deadliest holiday travel periods and officials are reminding motorists not to drink and drive, buckle up, slow down and pay attention when driving.  The busiest times on the highways would be late on Wednesday and again on Sunday afternoon.
