(KDAL) - The nine day Deer Hunt opens Saturday in Wisconsin. Over 473 thousand licenses have been sold for the season that ends on November 25th. Wildlife researchers are looking for assistance from hunters who might harvest one of the 240 deer that are marked with ear tags and radio collars. Hunters are asked to provide some basic information about where the marked deer were taken. The information will help in managing the deer herd in the future.
