Duluth, MN (KDAL) - Minnesota's glorious Iron Range will become the backdrop for a new major motion picture.  Griffin Productions, a new Minnesota based movie company, will shoot a romantic comedy on the Iron Range next year.  It's called "Thanksgiving and Denny's" and will debut in the fall of 2013.

Principals in the venture include veteran movie maker Jerry Seppala and Buck Humphrey, the grandson of former Vice President Hubert Humphrey.  Also in the deal is one-time State Representative Vin Weber.
