DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Some residents in the Lincoln Park area of Duluth may experience a drop in water pressure between 9 a-m and 6 p-m Monday. Utility crews are repairing a fire hydrant in the Enger Park Golf Course area on Monday during that time frame. The upper boundary of the affected area would be 15th Street.
