Duluth, MN (KDAL) - Two years ago yesterday there was a fire in downtown Duluth and the KOZY bar and apartments went up in flames.  Since then nothing but two more fires and plywood have touched the building.

The building is owned by Duluth physician Eric Ringsred, who made millions selling the Norshor Theatre Building to the City of Duluth in order to build a Skywalk and close a strip bar.

There are reports of plans to rebuild the KOZY.
