(KDAL) - Gasoline prices have dropped to levels not seen in Minnesota since last January.  According to MinnesotaGasPrices.com, regular unleaded gas is averaging 3.21 in the state which is about 50 cents lower than last month.  The national average is now at 3.45.  In Duluth prices range from 3.20 to 3.25 a gallon while its around 3.27 in Superior.
