Animal Allies plans to offer all Duluth-Superior residents the chance to have their cats fixed for free in response to the October discovery in Duluth of more than 65 hoarded cats and kittens.

Cat owners can get their felines spayed at Northland Spay/Neuter on Friday, Nov. 16 and Friday, Nov. 30, as well as during the first three Fridays in December. Appointments for the free spay are required, and space is expected to be limited.
