The North Shore Of Minnesota (KDAL) - Last night in the Twin Cities Lake Superior herring were the featured menu item at a Great Lakes event at the University of Minnesota.  The sustainable Lake Superior Fisheries were being featured by a series of chefs who prepared different dishes based on fish caught along the North Shore.  A one thousand dollar prize went to the winner.  There are twenty-five commercial herring fishers working the Northern waters of Lake Superior.
