St. Paul, MN (KDAL) - Yesterday Governor Mark Dayton sent a strongly worded letter to the owners of the Minnesota Vikings say he would oppose any plans the team had to add on a license fee to season ticket holders to their reserved seats in the new football stadium. He said that the stadium was being built as a people stadium, not a "rich peoples stadium."
Team owners responded that the license fee was a part of the stadium legislation that will have the state pay for half of the nearly one million dollar new facility.
